Our Services

Petra Eyes Company has introduced its printed packaging following the increased global demand for packaging and promotional materials with single-use applications due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This necessitates a balancing act between the quality of the packaging that comes into contact with food products, the costs associated with these materials, and the purchasing power of the consumer.”

Food carton boxes

The printing of food carton boxes involves the use of SBS (Solid Bleached Sulfate), Bristol, and Kraft materials, all free from impurities or recycled content. Additionally, food-grade inks derived from wood, approved for direct contact with food, are employed in the printing process.

The carton is lined internally and externally with Polyethylene or Sulivan material to preserve food quality and temperature. Various sizes and a diverse range of molds are provided, covering most packaging requirements for restaurants, sweets, pastries, and dates. Custom molds can also be manufactured based on consumer preferences, whether they include adhesives or not. The boxes may have two, four, or eight-point gluing, thermally sealed with or without Sulivan lining, facilitating easy use and saving time in assembly.

E-Float carton boxes

E-Float cardboard boxes designed for packaging food-contact products can be printed using two printing methods:

  1. Kraft Paper with Flexo Print:

    • Material: Kraft paper
    • Printing Method: Flexographic printing
    • Color Options: Up to four colors
  2. Offset Printing with Color Calibrations and Thermal Lamination:

    • Material: Not specified (Assuming cardboard or similar)
    • Printing Method: Offset printing
    • Color Options: Up to four colors
    • Additional Features: Thermal lamination with Sulivan (Sulivan is mentioned in the context of thermal sealing)

These printing options provide flexibility for creating visually appealing and high-quality packaging for food products. The mention of flexographic and offset printing, along with color calibrations and thermal lamination, indicates a commitment to achieving precise and vibrant printing results on E-Float cardboard boxes.
